Observe, insight, write, post. Turn everyday observations into insights.

Don't just share information. Needs insight and emotion.
Story + Insight + Emotion leads to transformation

At the start of post, write:

• What outcome do you want?
• How do you want them to feel?

And also:

• Problem
• Story
• Transformation (shift in thinking)
